It is in my opinion that the next phase of Pan Africanism should be connecting various Africans across the continent with each other.In my years of the BAIO I've noticed that there is very little connection between certain African countries that should naturally be working together.Angola has a sovereign wealth fund which it invest in Europe America and Asia.While I understand that these economies are more developed and very little risk.I feel emerging countries like Liberia Gambia Sierra Leone can make good investment sense for Angola.As we have the connections in these countries this can create a win win situation.Africa needs more horizontal relations across the continent.The Black people in the diaspora are coming to Africa so there is huge potential.I will be reaching out to our Angolan partners about this
