Ex Felons and Criminals in a new Afrikstan society

A question that I keep getting asked is will there be a place for ex criminals and felons in a new nation? In my opinion yes.But looking at our current situation in America and studying past situations I concluded that these new men would have to build up their own system associations societies businesses clubs run by them dedicated to rehabilitation and re-education.The criminal culture has to be rejected for a culture of civility righteousness hard work families communities and culture. In a new nation they would gradually integrate into the mainstream

  • Very complex issue indeed, but very important for consideration and debate too. As a baseline from which all civil and personal conduct is to be measured, I'm assuming the tenets of the proposed "Afrikstani culture" would require that all laws and national values are adhered to and upheld for the betterment and stability of the Afrikstani people, the nation, and its various interests. Being a realist, while also knowing the potential for opportunities of criminal behavior to surface within any given society, such individuals should be given initial opportunities for rehabilitation. Life is not linear, nor do we live in a perfect world. People makw mistakes. But it is only through refined methods of rehabilitation that individuals can be blended back into a values-based society. If the established culture prioritizes functional living (self-respect, respect for family, health & well-being of immediate community, financial well-being, etc) as principal objectives for overall prosperity of the individual and nation, this will help lessen (although not totally) the impulse for opting toward criminal behavior. I would also say that having a more supportive and inclusive economic, legal, political & social environment that reinforces as well as  anticipates positive behavior from individuals undoubtedly creates a formula for overall success, for both the individual and general society. It has always been my personal belief that when an individual is "pre-occupied" with constructive, productive tasks that are time-consuming and financially-rewarding, especially those that are enjoyable and fulfilling, there's really little time left anything else outside of this realm, including criminal behavior.

As a student of history, having a rather wholesome comprehension of America's criminal justice system, it is my conclusion that revolutionary methods of criminal rehabilitation are undoubtedly needed, especially those that help rather than destroy an individual's potential for success and personal renewal. One of the best ways of ensuring success is to find out what caused the criminal behavior in the first place, while making sure that those elements are depleted in an individual's immediate environment(s) the second time around in life....LIN!

    • Oh yes as sure as night and day and wind and rain will appear no civilization is without criminals. Its will good men and women surrender their civilization to them or to justice? This is why we have courts laws and prosecution to protect our society from the enemy within. Its Also up the society to be just and fair. And that everyone is equal before the law and life is what you make it without guarantees.

  • Definitely reject the criminal culture and implement a culture of civility righteousness hard work families communities.

  • This is great for afrikans in the disapora, we could learn a lot from ex criminals especially giving us a base to develop institutions that are designed to rehabilitate and re-eduacate then integrate them into the mainstream. Im thinking that the institutions would be set up so that we would target what they were convicted for and see if we could develop it into something that would benefit Afrikstan.

    • The idea is that criminals who are rehabilitated can mentor fellowship train and guide other ex criminals.I don’t think they can guide normal people. We have to many people involved in the criminal culture which spills over into the mainstream. We see this in Black America.Gangs thugs drug dealers are glorified instead of shunned and condemned. We Let Black America become a safe haven for deviants people thugs criminals to the point we can’t distinguish between good and evil. The Afrikstan will have the ultimate penalty along with reward for ones merits and contributions

      • This issue is way more complex and to be honest, if we truly understand how having our own enviroment can imprint on the minds of people, shouldnt be a issue. We have to be careful who is the so called "good" or '"bad". These behaviors are only in existence beacuse of this hostile setting for our brothers. I would like to know right now where I stand since this came up. Im an ex-felon. I guess I cant lead "normal" people anymore.

        • By no means are we talking about someone with a felony or record. We are talking about the real hard core criminal sociopath. Here is the thing the criminal doesn’t respect honesty fairness truth.Ethics honor hard work and earning on your own work and merits. Many spend years to justify their crimes. They try to justify selling poison and destroying lives for their own gain by saying tobacco kills more people ect or cars are dangerous.A society sets the moral code for its civilization.A criminal can either comply and rehabilitate or he will eventually do everything in his power to destroy the society that judges him

          • I agree that some of our people are just completely loss. But you done said it yourself. These knucklehead niggas aint worrying about no Africa. The people interested is for the most part at least somewhat educated. Im glad for the clarification because there are brothers like me ( not a lot) who get out and get educated and even start businesses. Im still continuing to grow but I know for a fact that Im going to be an asset to building this nation. I didnt start my SQL studying just thinking about the money. Everything Im on right now is headed to the day when this comes to fruition.

            • You are exactly what we need.See you on the conference Thursday night

            • Yea but we still have bleeding hearts who keep hounding me on the Pookie and Ray Rays conundrum. We are the only people that put the deadbeat’s issues and problems before getting the skilled and accomplished people’s hearts and minds
