Infrastructure Design

To my BAIO members who are about the ACTION and not just talking.

We need to build a (Job Corps) type campus for US in ghana or somewhere where their is already a lot of us. The campus consist a Recreation building, Nursing/CNA building, Painting & Homebuilders building, Office Administration building, IT building, Cafeteria/Culinary building. Their is also a boys and girls dormatory. This knowledge and our goals are easy to obtain my people. Just need to stop with the LIP SERVICE and be about some ACTION. GOOGLE Hubert H Humphrey Job Corps Center in MN to gain a visual of what it looks like!!!

  • So how much finance would be needed to implement this? Acres of land? Would it be in the center of the living community or outside of it?

    Sounds great!

    • This is a joint effort sis. But I estimate about 5-10 acres in the middle of town/community. Our personal residential homes will be near outside of town. Land cost varies thats why a joint consensus is necessary. Land in senya beraku, ghana goes for $8000 per acre. Each building may cost around $100,000 to build.

      • That is too expensive Brother..I suggest you get with Curtis Murphy. In a developed nation with pipeline water sewer electric grid paved roads it doesn’t cost that much

        • ok cool so where and how much will it cost?

          • Like I said told you we have people in Ghana in the BAIO that can save you time and energy if you are willing to listen to them

  • Have you ever thought about using an existing facility until it grows then be able to build an independent one? Many Organizations are started in a back room somewhere

  • No doubt.

  • Brother I am going to Senegal in January to meet a brother about agricultural, real estate and a multi-use center.  It will be in Northern Senegal.  I am happy to share what I find
