I am writing this to expand on the point made about taking the initiative to start a Staffing Agency and to share a link to the YouTube channel of Dee Williams.This Sisters page can be used as a tool to educate ourselves and a guide to starting and maintaining a staffing agency.https://youtu.be/TdgO3apY6FcI believe each State/Local Chapter should task themselves with forming a Staffing Agency for the following reasons.1. It allows us the possibility to provide employment opportunities for our members and those in our communities.2. Those employment opportunities would consist of the Skilled and unskilled infrastructure construction Laborers, and specialty apprenticeships (Plumbing, Havac, Electrical, Carpentry kwk.)3. We would have a pool of our best and brightest to choose from if the BAIO decides to contract our laborers and send those willing poineers to build the infrastructures of our African allies or in the building of our own Nation State.4. Money made from the organization would be reinvested in the organization.Please take your time in reading this and consider this proposal family. I believe in this organization and I believe in our shared dream of Nationhood and Abibifahodie (Total Afrikan Liberation). Criticism/Feedback is always welcomed.
