I have been listening to the discussions of homebase. I agree with having a homebase for all abanned and kidnapped blacks who don't have a land. Even if the the majority don't comply with the program; if things change for the worse in their world they will jump ship and head for homebase soon or later. My point is: I am a team player. What is my position in B.A.I.O. and what can I do to help move forward?
