      Yes that should have been established years ago. The Chinese and Latinos are dominating those skills, Africans need to form a global trade alliance to overhaul the building production in black countries and cities. Trucking is another union we should work on implementing into the economic program. I'm getting my cdl as well you can never have enough. Black people need skills whether it's trades or a cdl to stay financially stable.
