    OK I see mentions of body armour, that's nice, now for real practicality, we need intelligent strategists, intel gathering capabilities and a cyber warfare as well as psychological warfare capabilities, I have studied warfare for most of my life, so if have has any questions..... Let's start with the premise and purpose for our preparedness to engage in warfare, premise being pragmatism, purpose being security and stability, the philosophy being we are in a natural world where everything kills something to survive, which all of us killers, as we consume lifeforms (mobile or static) and kill millions of germs every time we wash our hands, now that I got the excuses for not being lethal out of the way.... I highly recommend accepting that you will not leave this war alive, you are a target and you can do nothing respectable about being a target other than being the best target you can be, a live one, so excuses for retreat out of the way.... Organisation is often emphasised,. I'm expecting military command and control as well as rank and role to be unobjectionable at this point.... Cool... So, here are our first orders given by our holy god of all gods and commander of all commanders, Intelligence, Intelligence has just ordered Me to temporarily assume command of every Black military organisation that is not yet eliminated, destroyed and/or compromised and then issue this order, which is, evaluate and optimize our security and stability pragmatically and continously, evaluation = we have serous necessities and need practical solutions, optimization = execute my orders, keep evaluating and optimizing every situation, we are strategists now, what else has been evaluated?
