      Lady Soul! There is enough iron ore in Africa to make body armor plates. Go to Africa and make business deals.

      We would need metallurgists, chemists, and materials engineers to make this happen, not to mention facilities to work in. Not impossible but would be costly.

    This list shows countries and their builders who make frigates. With the municipal bonds, and outside investments how much would you guys like our govt to appropriate to something like this upon your approval?
