Imust commend Rwanda President Paul Kagame for his vision and leadership in building Rwanda from a genocidal war.Rwanda is seldom mentioned by White and non Black racist when they make the arguement that Africans cant build clean modern countries without Asians Arabs and Europeans living in them.
