      I believe the wealthy should bare the brunt of taxes.The ordinary people will pay taxes on goods and services and income.The wealthy pays taxes on luxury goods not burdened by tax on food and fuel.I do not think we should charge the rich a excise tax on food to balance things out but higher income tax balances it out.
