this is what its all about. i also had to realize we not able to be too black. why reinvent the wheel. do great business with strategy, purpose, n immeasurable fortitude...takeover by stocks. period. infrastructure is already in place n everything has a price. leveraged buyouts, they play that game all day. also there are small, medium towns throughout southern region, in proximity to major water ways n railroads are imperative. cash rules! still.
