The Youth Empowering Legislative Law [YELL] Inc., is actively engaged on the ground in Liberia as a grassroots Socioeconomic and Social Justice Empowerment Agency, with emphasis on Youth Employment Creation and Youth Manufacturing Incubation and Accelerator, as a means of "Lifting Up Liberia's Economy".YELL was organized and launched its operations in November 2021.YELL currently has a proposed socioeconomic legislative draft bill it seeks to submit to the Honorable Assembly National Legislature of the Republic of Liberia, and to facilitate the establishment and administration of a $12 Billion Climate Adaptation Economic Bond in support of advancing Liberia's Green Industry and Carbon Neutral Economy Financing.The road map seeks to administer multiple Carbon Credit Financing and Related Climate Funds Financial Instruments.
