Hi Sherae, Pick my mind your welcome diligence keeps a person from being fooled. the best advice I got when I first came to Ghana is whatever business or land deal you tempted to enter give it 3-4 years study before you drop your money. It turned out to be true. I got fooled because I didn't listen. The conspiracy to trick me involved a whole family of folks.
